Mission Statement:
The Manna for Many Ministry provides physical food for the needy families in the church and the community, while exemplifying the importance of the spiritual family.
Description:
The Manna for Many Ministry originated June 21, 1999 as a response to a need in the church and the community.
Ministry Leader: Artis Newsome, Elder
Other Positions include: Meal Coordinator/Team Leader, Service Coordinator, and Statistician.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Maintain and restock food in the Church Pantry.
- Distribute food from the Church Pantry to those in need.
- Work with the Tyler Churches of Christ in the ministry.
- Work with Meals on Wheels in delivering meals to senior citizens every Thursday afternoon.
